Success for Crawfords Group at the Service Dealer Awards 2024 

Crawfords Group is thrilled to announce our achievements at the Service Dealer Awards 2024, held on 28th November. The evening celebrated the outstanding efforts and dedication of dealerships across the garden machinery, professional turfcare, farm machinery, ATV, and forestry equipment industries. 

Star of the Dealership Award 

We are delighted to share that Amy Phythian, our Group Warranty Manager, was presented with the Star of the Dealership Award. Amy’s tireless efforts in supporting our depots and aftersales teams were commended by the judges, who stated: 

“Amy Phythian, group warranty manager, has been instrumental in supporting all depots and aftersales teams across the Crawfords Group, working tirelessly to maintain efficiency and high standards.” 

Amy’s dedication to fostering close collaboration with suppliers has resulted in exceptional accuracy and efficiency in the warranty claims process, achieving a remarkable acceptance rate. Her proactive training of Crawfords’ technicians on warranty requirements ensures the seamless, customer-first experience we pride ourselves on. 

Young Technician of the Year Finalist 

We are equally proud of Tom Wood, who was shortlisted as a finalist for the Young Technician of the Year Award. Tom, who recently qualified as an apprentice, has become a cornerstone of our team at the Charing depot, stepping up as a sprayer specialist after his mentor’s departure.

Now in its 20th year, the Service Dealer Awards, organised by Service Dealer magazine, celebrate the exceptional contributions of dealerships and individuals who go above and beyond in delivering sales, service, and support. Steve Gibbs, Editor of Service Dealer magazine, commented:
