Online Shop Returns & Cancellations

The following policy applies only to items in our online shop and does not apply to machinery stock.

Payment

For non-account holders, payment is required with order. We accept cash, cheque, all major debit and credit cards, PayPal or banker’s drafts. (see payment methods)

Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order from the moment you place it until 14 days after your goods have been delivered (to you, a neighbour, or your safe place). Returned goods must be in the same brand new condition and packaging in which they were received else you will be charged.

If you wish to cancel your order in full and it has not yet been dispatched, please contact us and we will do our best to stop your order leaving us. In this instance, your refund will be processed in full.

If your order has already been dispatched, please return it to us using the returns process outlined below.

Returns

We only sell products we believe in and do our best to make sure we’re supplying quality goods at very competitive prices. If, however you’re not happy with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days of your purchase, or 14 days from the receipt of your goods (whichever is longer).

If you choose to return your order, we will refund your payment (minus any carriage costs even if you qualified for free shipping) on the subject to you returning the goods with all original packaging, instructions and in perfect condition and unused. Before returning any items, please email us at customerservice@crawfordsgroup.co.uk, including your order number, what you would like to return and why and include any pictures if appropriate.

If you are returning an incorrectly-supplied product, please email us at customerservice@crawforsgroup.co.uk we will then arrange for the item(s) to be collected if necessary. If you choose to return using your own methods we will not be liable to cover any of the costs. Warranty returns

Warranties are held with the manufacturer and NOT the dealer purchased from; should you encounter any faults going forward with your machine, there is a nationwide dealer network available to you. Whilst we are more than happy to help, we strongly advise you visit your local dealer first to save you the hassle and cost of return, and it may be a simple fix. Your local dealer will be able to diagnose the problem and advise if any repair work is under warranty or chargeable, and conduct the repair at your request. If you still wish to return an item for Warranty it will be at the buyers cost to send back the item for a Warranty inspection. If deemed to be a manufacture fault we will fix or replace and return your product and refund your delivery charge. We will contact you as part of the returns process to arrange payment. Exchanges

If you are returning goods for exchange where the goods were neither incorrectly supplied by us or faulty, we will not be accountable for any postage costs. Any refund will exclude the original postage cost even if you qualified for free shipping. You will incur a charge for the posting of replacement item(s) to you.

Please check your item(s) as soon as you receive them; if they have been damaged in transit, you must inform us within 24 hours in order to submit the claim with the courier.

Important Information

All delivery disputes must be submitted to us via email at customerservice@crawfordsgroup.co.uk within 5 days of your dispatch email.

All damages must be submitted to us via email customerservice@crawfordsgroup.co.uk or phone 01303 844682 within 24 hours of delivery, for us to be able to raise a case with the courier.

A minimum of 25% of the item(s) value will be deducted from the refund total if there are any signs that the item is not in brand new condition or the original packaging. This is our discretion, and you will be contacted about any such deductions.

In the event of a refused/cancelled delivery by yourself or an undelivered parcel with no fault of the courier you will be charged.
