In an effort to raise awareness about agricultural apprenticeships and the diverse opportunities available in the agricultural industry, Ellie Nickols, our apprentice agricultural technician at our Charing Depot, recently joined forces with the AGCO aftersales training team at the ‘New Scientist Live’ exhibition in the London ExCeL.
The event served as an excellent platform for Ellie and the AGCO team to shed light on the numerous apprenticeship opportunities within the agriculture sector and at agricultural dealerships. Their mission was not only to educate attendees about the exciting prospects in this field but also to challenge stereotypes and inspire more women to consider careers as agricultural technicians.
