Ellie Nickols Completes Apprenticeship at Crawfords and Takes on New Role as Service Advisor

Ellie Nickols has recently celebrated a significant milestone in her career journey, successfully completing a two-year apprenticeship at Crawfords. Ellie has dedicated herself to gaining valuable skills and knowledge, she spent her time split between hands-on work at Crawfords’ Charing depot and classroom/workshop-based learning at Moreton Morrell College and the AGCO UK Training Centre.

New role as service advisor

During her apprenticeship, Ellie immersed herself in both the technical and practical aspects of the industry. She developed a deep understanding of agricultural machinery, equipment servicing, and the latest advancements in agricultural technology. Her hard work and commitment have paid off, as she has now transitioned into her new role as a Service Advisor at Crawfords’ Charing depot.

Hands-on experience in the field

Ellie’s hands-on experience in the field and the knowledge she acquired during her training have set her up for success in her new position. In her role as Service Advisor, she will be responsible for overseeing service operations, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of support, and helping to maintain the quality and reliability that Crawfords is known for.

Advancing service technology

One of the areas Ellie is particularly excited about is her involvement in the AGCO Connect technology. Ellie is eager to bring her expertise to this technology, ensuring that Crawfords continues to prioritise a “Farmer First” approach to customer service.

Dedication and passion

“I am looking forward to applying the knowledge I gained through my apprenticeship to support the AGCO ‘Farmer First’ initiative,” Ellie says. “My hands-on experience and understanding of the technology will allow me to help farmers get the most out of their equipment and ensure they have the support they need.”

Ellie’s journey from apprentice to Service Advisor is a testament to her dedication and passion for the agricultural industry. As she steps into her new role, there is no doubt that she will continue to excel and make a positive impact on Crawfords’ customers.
