Can-Am has added the new 976cc, 82hp Traxter 6×6 DPS HD10 to its Can-Am off-road side-by-side vehicle (SSV) line-up for 2023.
BRP (Bombardier Recreational Products) is adding the new Traxter 6×6 DPS HD10 to its Can-Am off-road side-by-side vehicle (SSV) line-up for 2023. This new model has the functionality of a six-wheel drive vehicle in the form of a side-by-side workhorse vehicle.
The Traxter 6×6 DPS HD10, with its new combination, can handle everything from hauling machinery to transporting workers and equipment to job sites, all while providing owners with comfort, power, and performance.
The new SSV enhances the comfort and control of the original Can-Am Traxter by having a longer wheelbase and a triple axle design that evenly distributes the vehicle’s weight. This machine is powered by a Rotax 976cc, 82hp V-twin liquid-cooled engine. It has the Pro-Torq transmission with the Quick Response System (QRS) from the Canadian manufacturer and high airflow ventilation and electronic drive belt protection.
The new Can-Am Traxter 6×6 has class-leading towing, payload, and cargo capacities of 1,360kg, 771kg, and 454kg, respectively.
The new extended cargo box, which allows it to carry more equipment, helps with this.
The LinQ quick-attach system, built-in anchors, tie-down points, and recesses for easy box separator solutions are all integrated design elements that allow it to be customised for the job at hand.
The new cab was designed with functionality and comfort in mind by Can-Am’s R&D team. The cab pillars have been pushed forward, an open-dash configuration, and a truck-inspired Versa-Pro bench seat accommodates up to three adults and flips up for additional cab space.
